How do I list my property for crew accommodation?

Register as a host on Crew-Accommodation, create your listing with photos and pricing, and submit for admin approval. Once approved your property will be visible to verified crew members worldwide.

Terms of Service | Crew-Accommodation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Crew-Accommodation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including pilots, hosts, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Crew-Accommodation is a platform that connects aviation crew members ("Pilots") with property hosts ("Hosts") for short- and medium-term accommodation. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any rental agreement between Pilots and Hosts. We do not own, manage, or control any listed properties.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Crew-Accommodation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability. Hosts must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations. Hosts must not list properties they do not have the right to rent.

6. Pilot Responsibilities

Pilots agree to treat all properties with respect and to comply with the house rules set by the Host. Pilots are responsible for any damage caused to a property during their stay. Pilots must provide accurate personal and professional information during registration.

7. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to Host acceptance. A holding fee may be required to confirm a booking. Payment terms, including rates and cancellation policies, are communicated within the booking workflow. Crew-Accommodation does not process direct payments between users and is not responsible for payment disputes.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual Hosts and communicated at the time of booking. Crew-Accommodation is not liable for any refund disputes. Users are encouraged to review cancellation terms before confirming a booking.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (c) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (e) use automated tools to scrape or collect data; (f) engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Crew-Accommodation platform are owned by or licensed to Crew-Accommodation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not verify the identity of users beyond our stated verification process.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew-Accommodation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including any loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crew-Accommodation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform and updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
