About Crew Accommodation

Accommodation Built Around the Needs of Aircrew

Finding the right accommodation around an airline roster shouldn't be complicated.

Crew Accommodation is a dedicated accommodation platform created to connect aircrew with hosts offering places to stay near airports and crew bases around the world. Whether you're looking for a crash pad, a room in a shared house, a private room, an entire property or hotel accommodation, our goal is to make finding the right place simpler.

Designed around the realities of aviation life, Crew Accommodation recognises that airline schedules don't always fit the traditional rental model. Early starts, late finishes, training courses, commuting, base transfers and changing rosters can all make finding suitable accommodation a challenge.

We're here to make that process easier, wherever your aviation career takes you.

Our platform is shaped by experience across both the aviation and accommodation sectors, bringing an understanding of what aircrew need from a place to stay and what hosts need to manage their properties successfully.

More Than an Accommodation Listing Website

We believe aircrew deserve a platform designed specifically for them, rather than having to rely solely on general accommodation websites or scattered social media groups.

Crew Accommodation brings the search for accommodation and the tools to manage it together in one place.

For aircrew, the platform offers the ability to search for accommodation by airport, city or country, explore different types of stays, connect with hosts and arrange accommodation that suits their individual needs.

For hosts, it provides a dedicated way to reach the aviation community, showcase their accommodation and manage important tasks through integrated platform tools, including enquiries, messaging, availability and bookings.

Whether you're arranging a room for a training course, looking for a regular base, commuting between home and work or offering accommodation to airline crew, Crew Accommodation is designed to help bring the right people together.

A Better Way for Hosts to Reach Aircrew

Great accommodation deserves to reach the right audience.

Hosts can have excellent rooms and properties but struggle to reach genuine aircrew looking for accommodation in their area. Advertising across multiple websites, social media groups and messaging platforms can take time and make enquiries and bookings harder to manage.

Crew Accommodation provides a dedicated place for hosts to present their accommodation to an audience with specific aviation-related needs.

Our platform is designed to support hosts with practical management tools, helping them organise their listings, enquiries, availability and bookings while connecting with the wider aircrew community.

With zero commission on bookings, hosts can list their accommodation without giving up a percentage of each booking to us.

For aircrew, the platform is free to use, making it easier to explore accommodation options and connect with hosts.

We believe that when hosts can reach the right audience and aircrew have more suitable places to choose from, the entire community benefits.

A Global Platform, Connected by a Shared Understanding

Aviation connects people across countries, cultures and time zones. Finding accommodation should be just as accessible.

Crew Accommodation is building a global network of aircrew and accommodation providers, with the aim of making it easier to find suitable places to stay wherever work takes you.

From crash pads near major airline bases to rooms in family homes, shared accommodation and whole properties, we're bringing more options into one dedicated platform.

Our vision is "a global platform managed at a local level" — combining international reach with accommodation and hosts in the places aircrew actually need them.

As more aircrew join, more hosts have an opportunity to reach potential guests. As more hosts list their properties, aircrew can benefit from greater choice.

Together, we're building a more connected accommodation community for the aviation industry.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple:

To become the world's most trusted accommodation platform for aircrew.

Every feature we develop is guided by a clear purpose: making life easier for aircrew while helping hosts connect with and accommodate the aviation community.

We want Crew Accommodation to be more than a place to find somewhere to sleep. We want it to be a trusted resource that supports the practical realities of aviation life and helps create better connections between the people looking for accommodation and the people providing it.
