Getting Started
How to register, complete onboarding and start using the platform.
Getting started takes a few minutes. Register your account, verify your email, complete a short onboarding, and you're ready to search or list.
Register your account
Create your account with your email and choose whether you're joining as a Guest, a Host, or both. You'll receive a verification code by email to confirm your account.
Complete onboarding
Tell us a little about yourself — your aviation category, airline or employer, home base airport and country. Hosts add a short bio.
Start exploring
Guests can search for accommodation and message hosts. Hosts can create their first listing.

Select your aviation category, add your airline and home base airport, then search for stays near any airport.
For Hosts
Add a short bio, choose how you'd like to manage availability, and create your first property listing.

Logged-in crew can message a host directly from the listing to ask about availability or anything else.
Verified accounts see more
You need a verified account to make bookings and view full property details. Verification is free and helps keep the community trusted.

New Member
When you join, your membership is created as a New Member. Your permanent member number is issued automatically.

Verify your employment with a work-email OTP, approved by our team, to become a Verified Member.

Creating Your Property
Creating and managing a property listing.
Tell crew what makes your accommodation a great place to stay. Add your property details, location and photographs, then configure the resources available to guests.
Create your property
From the Host Dashboard, create a new listing. Add your title, description, property type, photos and amenities.
Add your location
Set your address and confirm the map pin. Choose the airports you serve and the distances to them.
Configure resources & pricing
Set the number of bedrooms, per-room pricing, nightly/weekly/monthly rates, and availability.
Submit for approval
Once complete, submit your listing for review. Our team checks it before it goes live.
Some changes need re-approval
Changes to fields like address, price or photos require admin re-approval. Your listing stays live with the previous details until the changes are approved.
